Leadership

Leadership is crucial to the success of any mission, and especially the mission of a church. Here at Reality we appreciate and encourage leadership principles in all of our volunteers and staff. But four times a year we make a special effort to invest in our key leaders. We call it Leadership Intensive.

At the Leadership Intensive, we spend a Saturday morning learning from experts in the leadership from both inside and outside the church. We also have a great lunch and spend time discussing the future of Reality.

Our last Leadership Intensive was on March 30th and the theme was "What Leaders Do". Below you can find links to the videos of the four speakers.

Steve Sileo - Lead Pastor of Reality Church

Jesse Waltz - Founder, Owner, and President of JES Foundation Repair. JES was founded in 1993 and has grown into a team of 140 professionals.

John Pienkowski - Executive Officer of Naval Amphibious Trasport Dock Ship, USS Mesa Verde. He is the number two man on a ship of 360 crew members, and is slated to be the Commanding Officer within the next few months.
